Stem & Cellar creates a gift arrangement featuring an unopened alcohol bottle adorned with lasting faux blooms.

Our arrangements are designed as gifts and decorative pieces. The alcohol bottle remains sealed until the recipient chooses to remove the floral arrangement and open the bottle for enjoyment.

All products are assembled with care and attention to presentation, quality, and gifting experience.

Website Use

By using this website, you agree that:

Alcohol Purchase Requirements

Because some products contain alcohol, the following requirements apply.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age to purchase alcohol
• Provide accurate personal details when ordering
• Not purchase alcohol on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age

By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that:

"I am 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase alcohol."

Stem & Cellar reserves the right to request proof of age before processing an order.

Alcohol Delivery & Recipient Requirements

Alcohol-containing products can only be delivered to an address within our current delivery area, as shown at checkout, where all delivery requirements below can be met.

The recipient must be at least 18 years of age and may be required to provide acceptable proof of age upon delivery.

Delivery will not be made to any person who appears to be under the age of 18, who cannot provide acceptable identification, or who appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or another substance at the time of delivery.

Where delivery is refused for any of the above reasons, the order may be returned to us, and additional delivery, re-delivery, or restocking fees may apply.

Product Information

Stem & Cellar products are handcrafted gift arrangements combining artificial floral designs with alcohol products sourced from licensed suppliers.

Each arrangement is individually created, and because of the handmade nature of our products:

• Colours, textures, and materials may differ slightly from website images
• Packaging details may vary depending on availability

These variations are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and do not constitute a fault.

Alcohol Products

Alcohol products included in Stem & Cellar gift arrangements are sourced from licensed alcohol suppliers and retailers and are provided in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging.

Alcohol is included exclusively as a component of a genuine gift arrangement and is never supplied as a standalone product. Individual gift arrangements comply with legal volume caps, with a maximum of 2 litres of liquor per gift package.

Stem & Cellar does not manufacture, alter, bottle, or modify the alcohol products included in our arrangements.

The alcohol bottle remains unopened and intact until the recipient chooses to remove the floral arrangement and open the bottle for consumption.

Alcohol products may vary depending on availability, including:

• Brand
• Bottle design
• Label design
• Packaging

Where necessary, Stem & Cellar reserves the right to substitute an alcohol product with another product of equal or greater value.

Customers acknowledge that alcohol products included within our arrangements are intended for purchase and consumption only by persons aged 18 years or older.

Orders

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Once an order has been placed, please carefully review your:

Stem & Cellar cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or dispatch.

Personalised Messages

Customers may include personalised messages with their gifts.

Customers are responsible for ensuring messages:

Stem & Cellar reserves the right to refuse or remove inappropriate messages.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be completed before orders are processed.

We accept payment methods displayed during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Stem & Cellar delivers within Australia, to the areas specified on our website from time to time. Our current delivery area is limited to Victoria. We intend to expand our delivery area to other Australian states and territories over time, and any such expansion will be reflected on our website prior to taking effect. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm, at the time of purchase, that their delivery address falls within our current delivery area.

Delivery is currently free of charge on all orders within our delivery area.

At checkout, you will select a preferred delivery date and time. All orders require a minimum of three (3) business days' preparation and delivery lead time from the date the order is placed, regardless of the time of day the order is submitted. Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday only, and no deliveries or trading take place on Good Friday, ANZAC Day, or Christmas Day. Preferred delivery times are a request only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary due to:

• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Weather events
• Incorrect customer information
• Circumstances outside our control

Stem & Cellar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Where a delivery fails, is returned to sender, or requires re-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or the unavailability of a suitable person to receive the order, additional delivery or re-delivery fees may apply and will be charged to the customer. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within:

48 hours of delivery

with:

• Order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• Details of the issue

We will assess each situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personalised, handcrafted gift items, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

If a product is:

Where applicable, remedies may include:
