Are your flowers real or faux?
Our arrangements are created using premium faux florals, chosen for their lasting beauty, practicality, and timeless appeal.
Why did you choose faux florals?
We love faux florals because they offer lasting beauty without the short lifespan of fresh flowers. They are also low-maintenance, allergy-friendly, and designed to be enjoyed well beyond the occasion.
Are your faux flowers high quality?
Yes - we carefully select premium faux florals that are designed to feel refined, realistic, and worthy of a luxury gifting experience.
What types of alcohol do you offer?
Stem & Cellar offers a considered selection of wines and spirits, with a preference for local wines where possible as a way of championing local wineries. Our selections may also be revisited seasonally, allowing each collection to feel thoughtful, relevant and in keeping with the Stem & Cellar offering.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes - we also offer non-alcoholic options, perfect for occasions that call for a thoughtful and elegant alternative.
Do you sell the alcohol or floral arrangements separately?
At this stage, Stem & Cellar pieces are offered as complete curated pairings and are not available for separate purchase. Each pairing has been thoughtfully composed to be enjoyed as selected.
Can I customise the floral arrangement or wine selection?
At this stage, Stem & Cellar offers a carefully curated collection and we are not accepting custom floral or wine requests. Each pairing has been thoughtfully designed to be enjoyed as selected. Should bespoke options become available in future, we will share this here.

Can I include a personalised message?
Yes - personal sentiment sits at the heart of Stem & Cellar. Each gift can be paired with your chosen message to make it feel thoughtful, meaningful, and personal.
Is the card or message included in the gift?
Yes - each Stem & Cellar gift includes a message, as we believe the sentiment is just as important as the gift itself. Each message is thoughtfully presented on vintage parchment paper and sealed with a custom wax seal for a more intimate and elevated finishing touch.
We offer a selection of sentiment messages for a range of occasions, including birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, love, celebration, and more. If you would prefer to include your own words, you are also welcome to provide a personal message.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes - Stem & Cellar gifts are designed for thoughtful giving and can be sent directly to your recipient, complete with your chosen message.
Will pricing information be included in the package?
No - gift orders do not include pricing information, making them suitable for direct delivery to your recipient.
Do you offer gift options for different occasions?
Yes - Stem & Cellar offers gift options for a wide range of occasions, from birthdays, anniversaries, and new beginnings to heartfelt moments of comfort, gratitude, and love. Our curated sentiment options are designed to help you find the right words for almost any occasion, making every gift feel personal, thoughtful, and beautifully considered.
Are your gifts suitable for corporate gifting?
Yes - Stem & Cellar gifts are beautifully suited to corporate gifting, whether you are thanking clients, recognising teams, or marking a professional milestone. For larger or multiple-order enquiries, please contact us directly.
Can I include multiple gifts in one order?
If you are sending gifts to the same delivery address with the same intended delivery date, these can be purchased together in a single order.
If you are sending gifts to multiple recipients or addresses, we recommend placing separate orders so each Stem & Cellar piece can be prepared, personalised, and delivered correctly.
Delivery & Ordering
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
At present, Stem & Cellar delivers across Victoria only. As the brand grows, we look forward to expanding our delivery reach across the rest of Australia in the future.
How long will delivery take?
As each Stem & Cellar piece is handmade to order, preparation time may vary slightly depending on the item selected and overall order volume. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout where available, and we recommend ordering in advance where possible, particularly for gifting.
Can I choose a delivery date?
As Stem & Cellar pieces are often chosen for gifting, a preferred delivery date may be requested at checkout where available. While every effort is made to honour requested dates, they cannot always be guaranteed.
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
As each Stem & Cellar piece is handmade to order, we recommend placing your order in advance wherever possible. This helps us ensure each piece is prepared with the care and attention it deserves, and that delivery timeframes can be met appropriately.
What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?
As Stem & Cellar pieces include alcohol, we recommend delivery to an address where an adult will be available to receive the order. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the order will be handled in accordance with the courier's policy and any applicable alcohol delivery requirements.
Do you offer local pickup?
At this stage, Stem & Cellar operates as an online-only business, with all orders thoughtfully prepared for delivery.
Can I place an order in advance for a future occasion?
Yes - if you are ordering for a future occasion, we recommend placing your order in advance wherever possible. This allows us to prepare your Stem & Cellar piece with the care and attention it deserves.

Yes - each Stem & Cellar gift is thoughtfully prepared by hand to order, with care given to every detail from presentation to personalisation.
How are the gifts packaged?
Each Stem & Cellar order is presented in our signature packaging and carefully placed within a protective outer box, so it arrives both beautifully presented and well protected.
Are the flowers safe for allergy sufferers?
Yes - our premium faux florals are a thoughtful choice for many allergy sufferers, offering lasting beauty without the pollen and sensitivities often associated with fresh flowers. Beautiful, practical, and low-maintenance, they are designed to be enjoyed with ease long after the moment has passed.
How do I care for faux florals?
Our faux florals are designed to offer lasting beauty with very little maintenance. To keep them looking their best, gently dust them from time to time with a soft dry cloth, feather duster, or a light air spray. For best longevity, we recommend keeping them indoors and away from prolonged direct sunlight, moisture, and humidity.
Do you accept returns?
As each Stem & Cellar piece is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with clear images and your order details so we can assist further.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While every Stem & Cellar order is carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear images of both the item and its packaging so we can assist promptly.
Do I need to be over 18 to purchase alcohol?
Yes - in accordance with Australian liquor laws, alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons aged 18 years or over. For further information, please refer to our Alcohol Policy.
Will the gift look exactly as pictured?
We do our best to ensure each Stem & Cellar piece is presented as closely as possible to the imagery shown. As each order is prepared by hand, there may occasionally be slight variations in presentation or seasonal availability, though the overall look and feel of the piece will remain true to the design.
Do you offer substitutions?
From time to time, a particular bottle, vessel, or floral element may become unavailable. In such cases, any substitutions will be made thoughtfully and in keeping with the overall style, value, and presentation of the Stem & Cellar piece.
